I have been asked to make a cake similar to this one:
http://www.marthastewartweddings.com/article/woodland-cakes-sweet-songbirds
I will be making a 12", 9" and 6" the bottom layer will be a 1" drum board/foam board in order to hold up the twigs (not the wood pc like in the picture). Cake flavor is vanilla with vanilla buttercream and all fondant covered. There will be no birds on the cake, but the twigs will have berries added to them.
Any idea of what to charge? I have a price figured out but I don't know if it is too high. I am not in a major city - oh and delivery is 60km there.

Thanks

Before you can accurately price the cake, you need to figure out what your costs are for ingredients, labor, and overhead (on a per-order basis, including liability insurance, licensing fees, etc.). Then add 20-30% for your profit margin.
