Not sure about Chefmaster gel colors, but we use powdered food coloring by CK, and according to CK their food coloring is not processed on shared equipment with peanuts or other allergens.
You can contact Chefmaster here, it's been my experience that you usually need to escalate to a customer service manager to get an answer, and in some cases to someone in QA or manufacturing.
