I would like some help on how to make modeling chocolate figurines. I am trying to make a tinker Bell for the top of my grand daughters birthday cake.

There's a woman on here, winnieyoung103, who makes some really great modeling chocolate figures. I don't know if she's posted any tutorials, but I would do a Google search for "modeling chocolate figures" to see what comes up on here, YouTube, Flickr and any other site. Hope you find what you're looking for!
