How many people would a 11x15 double layer feed? I know it will also depend on the serving size as well. Just need to make a cake for 70 and was wondering if a 11x15 double would be enough cake.
Thanks in advance...

Square/rectangle cakes are the easier to compute # of servings. The standard serving size is 1' X 2", so multiply 1/2 the length of one side by the full length of the other side.

5 (half of 11" or close) X 15 (full length of long side) = 75 servings

That's for a 4" tall cake.
