Every cake I've made so far has been a 1st for me and this next cake will be no different. There are flowers and a hat brim for this cake that I am making this week and I need a little help with "how to"....any ideas?

btw....I plan on making this a 6in/8in tiered cake with the bottom more of a supporting tier for the 6in cake on top....sound good?
