What Wilton is doing is nothing new. I have been airbrushing icing sheets and using craft punches to create the same effect for a long time. I also have used rubber stamps and gel food coloring to decorate icing sheets. I now use my edible printer and electronic cutter for the same effect. I have had the best luck using icing image and phptp frost icing sheets.
