Im not an expert but i think if you really like the flavor of the recipe you should definitely at least try to make a cake with it. I think the main difference will be bake times, so experiment with that a bit; it may have a longer bake time in cake form than in cupcake form. But i wouldnt think the flavor or consistency should be affected by the difference. I hope that helps. My method is the trial and error method. ![]()
