I add Ivory coloring. (But not Wilton. It turns orange after a while.)

you can also use regular corn syrup, instead of white corn syrup. it will give you a very nice ivory colour

Use gel coloring. A touch of brown and a touch of yellow. It does not take much at all so start very small.

If you add just brown, it will have a pinkish hue to it, so be sure to add the yellow.

OH NO! I just dyed some fondant the other day using the Wilton ivory. I haven't looked at it but now I am afraid! icon_cry.gif I did add a little brown to it as well so maybe that will offset it?

Crap. This could mean I have to remake!!

I made a dummy cake with the wilton ivory about a month ago. It hasn't turned orange, it looks great. Don't worry.
