Is ANYONE on Cake Central from WISCONSIN???

I couln't find much info about my home state. Question: Can I sell anything legally here?

For instance I just want to 1). sell a couple of cakes a month to friends or co-workers 2). have hubby sell individually wrapped cookies to his buddies at his job.

Call your local health department.

You cannot sell anything (cakes, cookies, etc.) in the state of Wisconsin unless you have a legal kitchen. I believe it has to have a separate entrance and no pets and all of that. Wisconsin is not a very friendly state when it comes this.
