in coconut goop and chocolate icon_smile.gif

I made an Almond Joy Cake for my bff. From the bit I tasted of the cake part from the cut pieces, and the bits of coconut goop I tried from the bowl, and the chocolate, this cake is gonna rock!!!

But the coconut was a pain to put on. I think next time around i'm going to roll it out sandwiched between two pieces of greased wax paper. That stuff was sticky!

Two layers of cake with coconut, chocolate and almonds
Covered in coconut
and chocoloate
Then Decorated!! She likes brown with bright colors and dragonflies
