hi everyone icon_smile.gif i need more cupcake pans- just wondering if you have a favorite brand- 24 or 35 cup, and preferably about 3.8 oz each. I am asking because a lot of the restaurant supply websites I am looking at don't mention the volume of each cup, and so if you know a certain brand that bake a good sized cupcake- please let me know!
TIA

I have both. I tend to use the 24 cup more because my recipes are adjusted to make an exact amount using all of my racks in my oven.

But, the brands don't matter. The commercial ones are not very different in sizes. I found the biggest difference in anything Wilton vs. other brands in the 12 quantities.
