I read on here that Walmart will let you order cake mixes at a discount price by the case, so I called my local Walmart and was told the Walmart Stores down south will, but in my region it isn't allowed. Does anyone know of any grocers that have a discount on cake mixes in bulk in the Cincinnati, Ohio area??

Not in Cincinnati, but do you have a BJ's near you? They may carry them.
