I need several molds around 3" high/wide, can anyone tell me how many molds I could expect to make with 1lb of silicone plastique?
I've been wanting to try silicone plastique, but at $25 per lb I'm thinking it's more cost efficient to purchase ready-made molds ...that is assuming I would only be able to make 1 or 2 molds with the plastique.

It really depending on the type of molds you will make. 1 lb is enough for plenty press molds, but for a few 2 part 3D molds too. Not to mention when you have smaller amount of left overs, you can always make a nice button, cameo, brooch....
