You know how there are gumballs decorated with royal icing as animals, babies, that sort of thing? I think it would be precious for cake balls to be decorated in a similar way.

I like tripled dipped I saw in a Wilton's catalog. Dip in choc. as usual, then roll in something textured like nuts, cookie bits, marshmellow pieces and then dip again in chocolate. D-licious!
