My dd just had her new son on 4-13-11. he so adorable. Little stinker didn't even call me when she went to the hospital. I am here at the bakery which is about 200 miles away from her, and we had a charity event cake to deliver that night so she didn't want me to miss it. 
I called her and she had already had him about an hour before that. I was so upset that she didn't call me. It is her first baby, but not my first grandbaby. She was only in labor for 4 hrs total and had natural childbirth.Here is a picture of him if you like to see it. He is so cute!! weighed 7 lbs 12 oz and was 19 in long. Named John Andrew

I would be really upset too if my daughter didn't call me. Nothing is more important than the birth of your grandchild, no matter how many you already have.
