Good morning,

Can anyone recommend a good cupcake pan? I have been using the pans from Walmart which works fine, but would like a better quality. Thanks!

I use the Wilton ones, they work great for me (one of the few Wilton products I own that I actually like icon_redface.gif ), both regular and mini.

i now only use light aluminum pans so that the sides of the cupcakes don't over brown--especially noticeable in white cupcakes in light liners. I have some Fat Daddio muffin pans and like them (though i wish they were a tad thicker)

Williams-Sonoma makes a Goldtouch line that is second to none. My bakery is stocked with them. The quality of the cupcake, and any cake, made with these pans is is a far superior product.
