I am trying to cut a flower using the Luck's edible image sheet, but it is just bunching up. The sheet is not dry and brittle and I am using Crisco to get it to stay on the mat. I've adjusted the speed/pressure multiple times and my sheet is just about wasted! Does anybody have any ideas for me! I'd sure appreciate it!

I use icing sheets all the time with my electronic cutter. You may want to try the cardstock method. Put the icing sheet on cardstock, attaching with shortening and then tapes the cardstock paper to the carrier sheet. The card stock paper holds the paper securely white cutting. You blade needs to just barely be sticking out the end of the housing unit and the pressure needs to be light. You want to cut through the icing sheet, not the paper. This works great.
You may also want to try icing images sheets. They work great for the electronic cutter.
