has anyone tried the billowing effect of a topsy turvy cake. how would it look? I am making a cake for me and my two sister in laws, are birthdays are all with in a week of each other, 14th, 19th, 20th. So i want to make a cake but want to try new things. I have never made a topsy turvy and would really like to try it. but i also love the billowing look and would love to try it. If any one has any input that would be great, I might have to choose to try one or the other. Thanks.
