Would You Leave At Room Temp Or Freeze This?

I'm making a cake in advance that kind of falls into that awkward time frame. It will be out of the oven at 1:30 pm today and I will be delivering it around 4 pm tomorrow (so, starting decorating at about 2:00 tomorrow - or 24 hours later).

Usually I'd freeze a cake if it was going to be 24 hours or more but this is kind of in the middle.

If I leave it at room temp, should I wrap it up or just leave in an airtight carrier? Or would you just freeze it?

It's a carrot cake.

Your opinion would be great.... icon_smile.gif

No need to freeze it . Just keep well wrapped up until you decorate
