New to using fondant, so I was wondering what is the best home made fondant for cut out designs that also taste good? Covering cakes? Thanks!

I like Rhonda's Ultimate Marshmallow Fondant. I've read wonderful comments about Michele Foster's Fondant, but have not tried it yet. You can find both recipes in Cake Central recipes.

I've tried Michele Foster's fondant and it's hands down the best fondant ever!! It tastes amazingly good and is a dream to work with. AND it's easy to make!! I highly recommend it! icon_biggrin.gif

I've used a couple of different MMF recipes and they have been okay, but I made a batch of Michele Foster's fondant and loved the taste of it and how easy it was to work with!

When I make my own fondant I make marshmallow fondant. It's quick easy and tasty!

The recipe I use is on my blog:

It's very easy to work with!
