Help! I don't have time to get to the cake store tonight and I need to make a LARGE full bloom rose for a cake that's due tomorrow. I saw that I can add gum-tex to my fondant to stiffen it, but I don't have any gum-tex at home. Is there anything I can use as a substitute?

Run to Wal-Mart or your closest pharmacy and pick up some Fixodent denture adhesive powder. Check out this thread
