Hi - I am making some cupcakes for a co-worker and she asked for one extra large one to have a 'happy birthday' banner on it. She wants it larger than a large cupcake, but not big enough to have to use the Wilton cake pan. Does anyone have any experience with making anything like this? Any help would be very much appreciated!!!

How big exactly (dimensions)?
If its bigger than any of the available pan just bake a normal cake & carve it into a cupcake

NordicWare makes a really cute large cupcake pan. In fact, it's called "Cute Cupcake Pan", and it says on it that it holds 6 cups of batter. It's about half the size of the large Wilton pan.
