How do you handle consultations and tastings? Do you do consultations in your home, coffee shop, email? Tastings in your home or not at all?

The kitchen that I rent has a small 1 bistro table setting room, that other people use for lunches I guess. Sometimes I meet there.

We operate out of a rented commercial kitchen...there is some office space for tastings there, but we usually do tastings at our home or the client's home.

I do mine at a local Starbucks or at clients home....but its a PITA, i hate doing tastings
