Chocolate Chips Sink To The Bottom - Help

How do I stop mini chocolate chips from sinking to the bottom of the cake?

I would try dusting them with flower before dropping them in the batter. HTH

I only stir them in the the top bit of the batter after it's in the pan then pop it right into the oven. Some still sink, but more get trapped in the middle.

Yes, they say to toss them around in flour before adding. The flour will help keep most of them aloft.

I learned (the hard way) to not bang the pans on the counter to get the air bubble out on chocolate chip cakes! icon_smile.gif
