Just wondering when you make fondant figures, do you assemble them right away and then let it dry? I when i do, the figure starts to droop and sag alot, even though i put tylose in the fondant. Is it better to let the parts dry completley, and then put them together? If yes, is it difficult to join the hardened pieces?

I use tylose as well, usually whenever I make a figurine it has to be done in a few different pieces anyway so I start with the main body (or whatever your making) let it sit awhile while I make the next piece. I won't add the other piece but just hold them up to make sure they compare. Usually by the time I am done with a few pieces the main body part has had time to harden a bit and I put on the other pieces I have made and go from there...hope that helps.
