Hi Cakers!
I am thinking about the W i l t o n Melting pot for Chocolate. If I fill that small pot up with chocolate and melt it, can I keep the unused chocolate in the pot covered with Glad Press and Seal until next use?
That will hold a lot of chocolate and I hate to waste any of it.
Thank you,
Michael

Yes, the pan is removable, so you can definitely cover the chocolate and store it. It's non-stick, so once the chocolate cools, you can also just remove the chunk of chocolate from the pan and put it in plastic wrap.
