I'm making a cake for my daughters birthday tomorrow. I really like my buttercream recipe but I decided to try Sharon Zambito's crusting buttercream for the first time. (I really love her video's and techinques) I don't know what I did wrong but it's full of airbubbles. Is there any way I can get the airbubbles out now??? I don't want to waste all the ingredients I used but I also don't want airbubbles in my frosting. I want a beautiful smooth cake.

You can smash the b/c against the side of a bowl using a large spatula to break up the air bubbles.
