I live and die by my Swiss Merangue Buttercream. To the point I no longer need a reciepe.
Well this summer I am doing an outdoor picnic. I am not so sure this would be the most heat stable frosting for an outdoor gathering.
What frosting is best for hot outdoor events that wont go bad or melt but still taste amazing.
