Pureed dates are used to sweeten some baked goods. How about stevia? It's a natural sweetener. Agave nectar is also used a lot.

Elana's Pantry has a lot of sugar-free artificial sweetener-free recipes she uses Agave a lot.

This one used frozen strawberries as its source of sweetness.

I use Splenda a lot and that's AS but it's quite easy I just use any cheesecake recipe and sub sugar with Splenda.
