If you scroll down on the comments she/he tells you how she made it. If that doesn't help, you could PM her and ask if she'd mind giving you a little guidance. People on CC are usually pretty helpful...if you ask. That cake is flawless and there is another helmet cake in her photos section...just as nice. HTH...

I used this tutorial for suggestions when I made mine. I used licorice for the facemake because I didn't have time for my fondant to dry correctly, but it turned out alright!
