Got myself a canon IP3600, edible inks and cartridges.. bought them seperately, as it was cheaper than buying the bundled kits you often see...

Now, maybe Im expecting a bit too much, afterall, Im printing on icing sheets, not glossy paper, but I was expecting the images to look a bit more vibrant, they look dull... I havent really tweaked the settings so Ill give it another go...

I also wondered what it tasted like, and to be honest, it wasnt very nice! I would imagine though that if it was on a nice moist cake, with lots of buttercream, you prob wouldnt really notice it...

Is this normal, or was I expecting too much!??
