I just have a quick question! I'm making my niece's birthday cake this weekend and she requested a chocolate mousse filling with strawberries and chocolate ganache icing(she's a very sophisticated almost 4 year old, lol). I have a great recipe that I use regularly however the cake will be on display for a few hours during the party. Last time I had the cake out for several hours the mousse ended up getting pretty runny. Is there any way to stabilize the mousse so it doesn't basically melt or does anyone have any recipes that will be alright to leave out for a few hours?

I am doing one and would like to know too, I was reading one recipe and it said you can add 1 cup marshmallow fluff to it not sure if this works or not, i will be watching this post too.
