I am doing a Mad Hatter cake, Bottom tier 16 inch, middle tier 12 inch and the top tier 8 inch. I am covering it with MMF and I was wonder approximatively how much butter cream will I need to make? Also if I add a 6 inch cake on top will that look ok and that would be for them to keep? Thanks so much
There's a website called www.ladycakes.com that has both a frostings chart and a filling chart that will tell you how much you need of each for different sized cakes.
