Hi there,
I have a cake for this Saturday, with strawberry filling and a layer of whipped cream, she wants to pick it up Friday evening.... Its a big decorating project and I want to start ASAP... so how early can I fill the cake. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

A day or two to be safe, as you have to consider both of these are perishable. Not too early as, keep in mind, you would like your customer to be able to eat it over the course of a few days if they wish without it spoiling.
