Hi,
I took a post that someone made about figuring out the number of servings that can be attained by volume and an image that showed pricing levels and turned them in to calculating spreedsheets. My apologies to the posters, but please don't be upset, I didn't do it on purpose. Please note that it's yours if you see this.
The cells that are colored bordered are all that you need to change.
On the Pricing tab, you can enter the no. of servings, filling charge and delivery charge. This one shows the amounts for the levels of the original poster but they can be updated, you only have to change them on the first set (Buttercream or Cream Cheese) and the rest will update automatically.
On the serving size calculator tab, you start with the serving size at the top. Either enter numbers for rectangle or round and it will calculate. You can also put a cost in to show that.
Let me know if you see any errors or any way this can be improved.
Christy
Hello Christy. I have just seen this post. Can you tell me what this spreadsheet is about? Can anybody use it? Would you be able to send it to me if I PM you my e-mail?
I would love to see your spreadsheet! Hopefully you can get it posted, so nice of you to do this
Hey Christy I can see that you are getting a lot of requests for your spreadsheet but I have one more request for it if possible. I can pm you with my email.
Thanks
Hi Christy, this is so nice of you to do this spreadsheet! I also would like to see the spreadsheet.
Could you pm it to me as well?
Thanks So Much!!!!!
You can try making it a google doc. Then you can just post the website. I haven't done it before, but I just pulled up the website and it doesn't look hard. Then you don't have to PM everyone.
Sounds like you've got a great creation! I love Excel!

I will research how to do this in the future, but for now... I'm off to send a bunch of PM's.
This sounds fabulous. If you can post it where we can access it or PM it to me I would love to ccheck it out. I am hoping to start my HBV business in June. Thanks
It doesn't look like the attacher is working in the PM either. Annoying. If you PM me your email I will email it to you as an attachment.
I have been trying to get my hands on this forever! Could you PM me what I need to do!!! PLEASE
Okay, I've emailed two copies out; waiting to hear if they like it or that it will come in handy.
Hiya all

About the 5th or 6th post down.
I was actually looking over it this weekend and was going modify it myself. Of course you have to modify it on your own due to the fact not everyone's prices are the same in the grocery store. Also the quantities are most likely different as well than what you buy.
For example: This formula uses a 30 egg formula, while I buy cartons of 18. Therefore that is one thing I would have to modify.
You can also google, cake pricematrix if you need to.
To this that I first sent my email out ot: I forgot to unprotect the Rolled fondant basic butter cream and cream cheese cells so that they could be updated with your prices. If you don't know how to do this, email me back and I will send an updated version to you.
I would seriously try to get it to google docs and get this thread locked! I have seen it happen in the past where hundreds of people request something to be emailed to them for years on end! Awful!
