I have 300 cookies to decorate and would like to freeze them for 1 month. I have frozen cookies before using Antonia 74's royal icing, without a problem. I need to place a couple royal icing flowers on each one. My question is, can I freeze royal icing flowers??? I'd like to get them totally decorated before freezing them. Thanks for your advise!

You can absolutely freeze the decorated cookies, but you have to be careful how you packacge them before you put them in the freezer since there will be flowers on them that could break. Depending on your time frame, you could ice the cookies, freeze them, make the flowers, freeze them too (but not necessary) and then attach them closer to the due date.
