What Size Baby Block Cake Do I Need For 30 People?

I'm making a baby block cake that needs to feed 30 people & I'm trying to decide if I should do 10 inch layers or 8 inch layers???
An 8" cube (2, 4"x8"x8" stacked cakes, separated with boards) will provide (64) 1"x2"x4" standard servings. Make sure that you charge for all that cake, it's a big one!
A 6" cube (2, 3"x6"x6" stacked cakes, separated with boards) will provide (27)1"x2"x4" servings.
Cubes are particularly hard to make fit serving requirements...
I have an 8" cube cake in my pictures, it's yellow with polka dots and bow, if you want to see what one looks like, not a baby block though -
Good luck, HTH
