I am looking for a recioe to make a Baileys irish cream cake that can be tiered. Also would like to know how to make a stiff consistency bailey flavored buttercream frosting to make roses, and would like to know also if fondant can be flavored baileys and how. I am looking for a recipe that the cake and frosting will come out to be a light tan color. I once lived in MS and ordered this cake all the time from a local bakery, since then I have lived in four other states and have not yet found a bakery to make this. This cake was incredible, delicious, beautiful, and very elegant in the light tan color. Thanks for any help

You can add irish cream flavoring syrup to the all elements of the cake. I made a baileys inspired desert yesterday, put real baileys in ganache and syrup in my whipped cream, for a baileys irish cream truffle tart. It was a hit!
