when i cover cake pops in chocolate...after a while when the chocolate hardens...the inside cracks the chocolate and seeps out or a the bottle of the stick...like a pressure...what am i doing wrong?

My guess would be that you're either rolling your cake balls too tight or you're dipping your cake balls when they're too cold... Either of the above would cause your cake balls to expand after they were covered in coating. HTH!
