Hi!
Does anyone have instructions or at least pictures of good magic lamps , aladdin type so I can try to make one?
I think I know hoe to make the spout, top, handle, but my problem is how to make the main body? Hollow? solid piece, spout connected or added after etc!
Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

Is the lamp going to be just a topper? in that cake use rice krispies and mold it the way you want and cover it using fondant or chocolate modelling paste..its lighter and cost effective!!!

A gravy boat would be a great form for RKT for the body of the lamp.

yes the lamp is only going to be a topper... do you guys think that I should do the body and spout together in one piece or mold the body with rice crispies and then once is covered add the spout and handles etc?
I hate to have a seam where the spout and body meet but that would be easier right?

You can build the lamp from pieces, then cover it with one big piece of fondant.
