I used my Agbay for the first time today.. 
I'm in love! My cakes look impressively sharp.. granted I fluked a fab batch of ganache that set up a treat, however, the ease of the Agbay is super. AND.. YES, I ran it through the ganache over the top of my cake and got it nice and level in one sweep.. Heaven!

The only reason I dream of winning the lottery is so I can affrord to buy and Agbay! You've given me one more reason to want one.
