do you use a a regular cupcake pan or do you use muffin pans for your cupcakes. Are there cupcake liners for the muffin pan size? Thank you for your input on this.

I don't know if my pans are considered muffin or cupcake pans..Hubby bought them for me from Walmart..They are a standard size cupcake and use a large cupcake/muffin liner.

unless your pan is a jumbo sized cup, then a muffin pan=cupcake pan. the standard liners that most grocery stores carry fit in these.

I like to use a light color cupcake pan because it produces a lighter finish than the darker, non-stick pans. In a muffin, a nicely browned crust is a great texture contrast, but especially for cupcakes I'd rather have a more even bake through the cake. (plus I think it looks nicer with a white cake in white liners). I just got some new Fat Daddio's and am really liking them.
