Making my daughter a wonder mold princess cake. I am using fondarific fondant. Anyone know if 2 lbs will be enough. I have never used it before and want to be sure I have enough. Thanks so much!!!

2 pounds should be plenty. You should be able to roll at least 9"x36" long strip with that amount--way oversized, but gives you an idea.
