I have been searching for a Rocky Road cupcake recipe FOREVER! I can't seem to find any that taste great! Does anyone have any suggestions/ideas/recipes I could use?!! I have had so many requests for it! Thanks!

I've been thinking about making a rocky road cake for a while. maybe you can just make the different parts of the cake (cake, fillings, frostings) using the different components of rocky road. Like marshmellow creme filling, choco covered peanuts, vanilla white cake with choco swirls. Just some ideas, hope they help.

I agree with sweetaudrey, start with a great chocolate cupcake and go as over-the-top as you want.
