Good Recipe For 2 Or 3 Tier Cake????

hello
i am a new member and i am looking for a good recipe to make a 2 or 3 tier cake. i have a recipe but i am afraid that is so soft that it won't hold the other tiers. can someone help me please? i would appreciate it.

Um . . . you don't think that you stack cake on top of cake do you? Cake is held up by the **support system** NOT by the cake underneath it. You can stack anything with the proper support system. A tier of cotton balls with a fruitcake on top can be done - with the correct support.

ooops icon_eek.gif i really thought the bottom cake will support the others.
