I am getting ready to make a 4 tier wedding cake and need to know how to "build" it. I need the space between each tier to be 2-3 inches so I can put fresh flower between each. What would you do to build this cake? Is there a stand like the wilton tall stand for round cakes that I can use for a square cake? Would you just peg it like an old school cake? Or would you use foam dividers? ANY help is appreciated... Thanks!!

You can use the 7" SPS legs. Buy the multi-piece leg set, using the 5" portion, plus 1, 2" extender. Toss the remaining 2" extender.
Easy.
