I think it depends what you will be teaching, and to whom. Alan Dunn charges about 300GBP for a one on one class, not sure how many hours it would be though.
Its not the same teaching a few 12 year old kids to ice cupcakes, as it is to teach 1 person how to make stunning flowers...

I charge $50/hr for private baking lessons. The student supplies the ingredients, or I will supply them at cost.

Depends on what the class is over and what all you are providing.
