Morning everyone, I've been asked to make a ladybird cake (I've attached a picture) but I'm not quite sure how to do the face. If you look at the picture you can see that the face is separate from the body and flat but the ears are quite long. Not sure whether to make a cookie in this shape then ice it or use thick rice paper or just hardened icing. The main problem with be keeping the ears straight. Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated. xx
