Baby Rump And Rubber Ducks

Hi, I have a client who wants to incoporate a baby rump with rubber ducks. I am having trouble trying to incoporate the ducks. I am doing a sheet cake with the baby rump on top. Any ideas on how to put the ducks in?

Maybe in the pattern of the fabric covering the babies rump?
