Are they driving to NY?

If so, maybe you can do a car cake, packed to the brim with boxes, etc with a sign to NY?

Have you seen The Whimsical Bakehouse New York, New York cake? It is the reason I first bought their book, I love it. Been trying to find a picture but you can see it if you go to Amazon, click on the look inside preview and keep scrolling down. It's done with chocolate so all of your decorations will set up fast and you could make this impressive cake in time for your deadline icon_smile.gif Good luck finding a great design, hope you share what you end up making!

The times square scene is cool, you could do landmark bldgs, central psrk, taxi, double decker tour bus'....Rockerfeller Center, RadioCity Music Hall.wow so many things, and a stack of suitcases with pics of some of these things would be just the ticket, get it ticket haha, to NYC, add a ticket too hehe

Here's one or two extra ideas...maybe postcards of different places in NYC, with a building on top of the more specific place where the guy is going...
